Set in the village of Dunham-on-Trent, on the Nottinghamshire/Lincolnshire border, it offers generous shared spaces, a large dining room and two lounges, giving everyone room to eat, relax, celebrate and enjoy being together.

Dunham House is a historic Georgian country house, retaining many of the features of its earlier life. Its age and history are part of what makes staying here different.

You'll find original panelling, high ceilings, period staircases and rooms with their own individual character, along with some of the quirks that come with an old house — including a few low ceilings and uneven floors.

It isn't a hotel and it isn't meant to be. It's a much-loved country house with a relaxed, lived-in feel, where the history of the building is part of the experience.

Dunham House was once a Prebendal house belonging to Southwell Minster, giving the building a story that goes well beyond its life as holiday accommodation.
