Dunham House large holiday home is centrally located for the UK, and has easy access to the main motorway networks via the A1 linking into M11/M25, M62, M1, M18 & M180 arterial route. Within a short drive of Lincoln, or a little further to Nottingham, Sheffield, Leeds & York.

GNER & Hull Trains provide the East Coast Line services from London (Kings Cross) to Retford (11m from Dunham) or Newark (16m from Dunham) in 1.5hrs, then onto Leeds, York, Edinburgh & Glasgow.

Airport access is good via Robin Hood's Airport at Doncaster (30 miles, 30mins) or Nottingham EMA (60miles, 60 mins). Visitors from USA should consider flying via Spain to reduce cost & travel time.

Booking requires a £200 deposit at time of booking, with the remainder plus £100 damage deposit 8 weeks before arrival. The damage deposit will be returned, subject to satisfactory inspection, within 2 weeks of departure.

Directions: 

Approaching Dunham from the West (A1), enter the village, through the 30mph limit signs, around a sharp right hand bend with the pub on your left followed by Dunham House. Take the drive after the house, then turn left again into Dunham House drive.

From the East (Lincoln), cross the bridge and into the village, the drive is on the right directly opposite the antiques and old village shop.
