Dunham
House has changed little from its Georgian origins and retains
many original features including grand fireplaces, lofty
ceilings some beamed, tiled floors, feature paneling and
original stabling.
The
house has been refurbished to provide luxurious self catering holiday
accommodation for large groups for family re-unions, college
re-unions, large family holidays, friends, parties and birthday
celebrations. The large holiday home is very spacious with large rooms
throughout that are full of character.
Prices
include electric, heating and bedding ( but not towels, these are available
for hire at £4 per bundle). The Property
is available from 3pm on day of arrival and should be vacated
by 10am on day of departure. Please note extended stay can be
considered by request.

large Dining Hall with 2 large tables to seat up to 22 guests.
There is a
large open brick fireplace, original tiled floor, beamed
ceilings, servants bells in the large holiday home.

A scullery off
the kitchen has a butlers sink, full height fridge, freezer,
dishwasher, washer/dryer and is ideal for storage of
supplies for the group.

The
Kitchen features hand made units, a butlers sink and the
original floor tiling. It has an oil fired 'Aga' style range plus electric hob and
electric oven and is fully equipped for group catering
with giant pans and quality cookware. The large cosy
room has a further table to seats 8 more guests, ideal
for group accommodation.

large sumptuous lounges, one with the original Georgian paneling,
servant pulls, and a large open fireplace. The second,
also with an open fireplace TV, DVD, Video and a library
of local interest books.

Large
bedrooms with plenty of space, most with en-suites or
basins.
We
provide all bed linen but NOT towels.
These
are available for hire.

The room can
also be used for drying wet clothing for
walkers and cyclists.
There
is a large barbecue, and wooden garden furniture &
tables.

A
large games room is situated in the stable block with a
traditional skittles alley, a pool table, table football
and children's indoor
recreation area, ideal for those rainy days. 
Children also
have a playhouse, swings and sandpit in the garden.

Ground floor twin bedded room near to downstairs 'Wet Room'.

Family room with a double bed and a bunk bed large enough for

& 6: Double bedded room with an adjoining twin bedded room
for sleeping 2. (4)

bathroom with basin, traditional cast bath and shower over. Separate WC.
Bedroom 1:
Double bedded room with an additional day bed that either
makes a single bed or pulls out to make a double bed. (4).
En-suite shower room with basin & toilet.
Bedroom 2:
Double bedded room with an additional day bed that either
makes a single bed or pulls out to make a double bed. (4)
En-suite shower room with basin.
Bedroom 3:
Double bedded room with King sized bed. Basin and
vanity unit. (2)
Bedroom 4:
Double bedded room. Basin with vanity unit. (2)
2 cots are
provided that can be accommodated in most rooms.
There are 2
highchairs.
Outside
the house is an enclosed garden with mature shrubs and plants
with a large grassy area, safe for children to play. There is
a playhouse and sand pit.
We
welcome dogs but there is a surcharge (£16) to cover
additional cleaning in the house and owners must clean up the
garden after their pet.
The
house is heated throughout the year to ensure an even
temperature.
Prices
include heating, bedding (duvets), cleaning between lets and
the 1st basket of logs. More logs are available at £4 per
bag.
Towels
are not included but are available at £4 per set.
