holiday venue for family parties, group accommodation, re-unions or just extended family holidays.
The house is detached, standing in its own grounds and has flexible
accommodation based around 8 bedrooms with a variety of doubles and twins,
accommodating up to 22 guests in large stately rooms. Most rooms have
vanity washbasins and there are 2 ensuite. 2 further family bathrooms with WC

Families are welcome, the gardens are safely
enclosed and there is a large games room in the stable block with football table, pool
table and a playhouse in the garden. There
is a fishing pool behind the house available for £3.50 per
day and the River Trent is a short walk away. It has the Trent Valley
Way, a long distance footpath along its bank. The village is
ideal for walking and cycling. If
self catering is not your style, both nearby pubs (50yds)
serve
excellent food in good surroundings, or for that special celebration, you can book
our catering services and have a full 4-course waitress
service meal prepared for you in the privacy of the resplendent

off the main A1 trunk route, with Lincoln (15mins) Nottingham (45mins) Leeds
